Information for All Leagues

Occasional
roster checks will take place.
o
This
means all players will need to carry an I.D. with them.
o
Failure to provide an I.D. when asked will
result in game forfeiture and/or suspension of player and team.
o
Valid
email addresses will be required for registration.
o
Mailings
will be very limited
o
Please
make sure we have a current email address on file.
o
Once
all registration materials are received further information will be given to
you regarding rules and policies via email.

Men’s DI (Tuesday), DII A & B
(Wednesday) and Women’s (Thursday) - $300

Teams
must have sponsor fee at the time of registration. It is the captain’s
responsibility for all fees.
o
Due to unpaid sponsor fees from
previous seasons the Recreation Department will no longer invoice sponsors.
o
Teams
may pay by personal check, cash or credit card and seek reimbursement directly
from their sponsor.
o
Receipts are available upon request.

a discount on Team Fees. See attached
sheet for those who qualify.

Returning Teams
(3 or more returning players) that placed 1st or 2nd
during the Regular Season and during the End of the Season Tournament will
receive a discount on the Team Fees. If
a team has disbanded, the team and players will forfeit the discount and/or
payout.
ALL ROSTERS MUST BE
TYPED AND COMPLETELY FILLED OUT.
Registrations will NOT be accepted if handwritten. NO EXCEPTIONS.
